We are unable to approve all requests.

In general, you will hear back within two weeks.

You can apply to cover Maha Opening Night, Discovery, Music Festival, or all three events happening August 14-17.

April 5: Application opens

August 1: Application closes. Please do not apply after this date.

August 6: Passes assigned via email along with important pass regulations and pick-up instructions

Maha organizers are available for interviews. Contact to schedule. Artist interview requests should be sent directly to artist management, typically found on their websites or social media profiles.

The Maha media kit is here. Please contact for additional photos.

A press pass provides access to the Maha Media Center (not backstage). The media center includes tables, chairs, wi-fi access, volunteers to answer questions and safeguard computers/equipment, and a quiet space for interviews. Maha Discovery and Maha Music Festival will have a Media Center area; Maha Opening Night will not.

A photo pass provides the same benefits as a press pass and also includes permission to use professional photography equipment — and at Maha Music Festival, access to the main stage photo pit. Please adhere to the regulations sent in your confirmation message.

Both the press and photo pass include regular/general admission access to the event you’re covering.

Only one pass is granted per person, so if you are press, but plan to use professional photography equipment to shoot photos for your publication, please request a photo pass.

Only one (1) pass will be assigned per publication unless coordinated in advance by contacting
