Add this to your calendar now for some serious fun in the sun.

August 3, 2020

Update (May 12, 2021): Maha Festival will now take place on Saturday, July 31 from 2 p.m. to midnight at Aksarben Village in Omaha.

Original Post:

Maha Festival is coming back! The 2021 edition will run Wednesday through Sunday, July 28-August 1, at various locations around Omaha. That’s five days of music and discovery, and we can’t wait.

There’s one thing we have to make totally clear: safety is #1 at Maha. In the midst of a pandemic, know that we’re hard at work making next year’s festival happen without compromising anyone’s safety — that goes for our attendees, staff, performers, and valued volunteers.

The 13th annual Maha Festival (yes, we skipped right over the 12th one) will be full of new stuff to check out, along with your favorites:

  • Music from national & local acts
  • Talks and panels covering topics on innovation, food, wellness, and more
  • A brand new regional craft beer experience
  • Omaha Lit Fest, Community Village, comedy, art, and the list goes on!

Don’t let the fact that it’s a whole year away stop you from getting all jazzed about it. Locations, safety protocol, ticket prices, lineups, and all other details will be rolled out as the event gets closer. For now, just plan to be there.

And, be sure to sign up for the Maha email list to get all the big news as it comes out.
